We own and run our own branded gas station along with a fuel tanker trucking company that delivers fuel to many different customer around the USA, Prior experience is a plus but not required. This is a full time position, Starting pay for this position depending on relevant skills or experience.
BENEFITS
- Full Medical Insurance Premiums paid by us after 60 Days to the employee including dental and vision.
- 5 Sick days paid per year.
- 5 Days Vacation after 1st year anniversary and to increase by 1 day every-other year to a max of 10 days yearly.
Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming emails and phone calls.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Use of Quickbooks/Word and Excel.
• Dispatching and Scheduling.
• Data Entry
Attributes:
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Highly organized.
• Works Great With Others.
• Excel spreadsheet and Office suite capabilities.
• OVERALL STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS NEEDED!!!!!
